Admission World Fairs ended its fifth-anniversary edition of the Edu-Fair Classic at the Tang Palace Hotel in Accra on Saturday, 17 October, according to MyJoyOnline. The finale capped a three-city itinerary that began in Abuja, Nigeria, on 10 October and moved to Kumasi, Ghana, on 14 October. The organisation framed the Accra event as the peak of its initiative to link African learners with global academic providers.
MyJoyOnline reported that 17 institutions and education bodies took part in the series, spanning the UK, Canada, the US, Germany, Malaysia, China, and the Caribbean. Exhibitors included the University of Leicester, Trent University, and Universiti Malaya. Syed Nauzer Idid Bin Syed Yusoff Idid, the Malaysian Chargé d’Affaires, attended the Accra session as a special guest, adding a diplomatic dimension to the celebration.
Shadrack Otchere, founder and Managing Director of Admission World Consult Ltd, told MyJoyOnline that the milestone reflected a renewed dedication to broadening access to overseas study. He noted the firm has assisted over 1,000 students in the past five years. Otchere thanked partners, students, and staff for sustaining the project, describing the anniversary as a starting point for wider regional recognition.
The organisers credited Twellium Industries with sponsoring the 2026 edition. MyJoyOnline stated that this backing helped further the fair’s objective of enabling young people to chase academic aspirations. The Accra gathering merged institutional displays with admissions counselling and networking, offering attendees various touchpoints for their international study planning.
Looking ahead, Admission World intends to strengthen ties with institutions and broaden its school outreach. The group aims to provide African students with clearer pathways to academic and professional goals via international education. The 2026 tour’s path across Abuja, Kumasi, and Accra demonstrated the firm’s expanding cross-border presence and its drive to deliver reliable information directly to prospective students.
